We recognise the value of lived experience in the planning and delivery of healthcare, particularly within the mental health workforce, and hope to develop a culture where personal experience is a qualification rather than disqualification in relation to working in healthcare.
With this in mind, we hope to set up a staff mental health network to enable staff with personal experience of mental health difficulties to connect with each other and feel recognised and supported by the organisation.
